kaizer chiefs head coach Vladimir Vermozovic (VV) has had a rather bumpy season at kaizer chiefs, with more draws than wins in the premmier league. there have being talks that he might be relieved of his duties at the end of this season. As the teams managenent has not shown any interest in renewing his contract, which expires at the end of the season. the kaizer chiefs coach is under enormous preasure.seeing that the kaizer chiefs management have not approved an extension on his contract mtn football.com, management suggest that for him to get an extension on his contract, he has to hand kaizer chiefs their first league tilte since 2005 mtnfootball.com . From where I am standing the chances of him bringing the title to the chiefs trophy cabinet are rare especially with th recent goal drought at kaizer chiefs.

More draws than wins,this shows that VV does not perform his duty well.I think it will be more effective for Kaizer Chiefs to look for another coach who will bring the changes.Firing the coach who doesn't perform well is not a new thing in the PSL teams and Kaizer Chiefs as well,so VV must look forward for a new team.

ReplyDeletemay be if they kick him everything will right,since last season things are not going well even this kaizer chiefs continue with its draws (which make KC going nowhere). there are chances of khompela to join Chiefs as we know that bafana wants him.
ReplyDeleteVV is in more fire beaten by leapord 1-0, if VV does not take his bags to Serbia at the end of the seseason, there ancestors love him, the problem in Kaizer Chiefs players do not like VV but they want to win League, Chiefs is like weather unpredictable because of players and coach it was abele nale,Jimmy Tau (captain conflict) then Josta, then Nengo whose next? .
ReplyDeleteI here you Trot, communication between players and the coach is key to success.if players are not happy with the coach then they won't perform, VV should jst pack it and go.you cant have quality players like Nengomashe nd Dladla on the bench while the team is struggling and that one nil loss was unacceptable, how can they beat Leopards 4-0 in the nedbank cup bt fail to do the same in a league game.

ReplyDelete@Dee they should indeed. VV has had his moments at kaizer chiefs, but when your time is up the really isn't much you can do about it but to move on. VV must just walk away
ReplyDeletei think khompela is the man to lead kaizer chiefs, pity he has been appointed as the national team assistant coach. VV failed to lead the club since he didnt bring any wealthy siverware. HE MUST BE FIRED! THATS ALL
ReplyDeletehe has brought this to himself the tension between hin and the sinor players Abi Nale, Josta Dladla, Jimmy Tau recently its Tinashe Negomash. This ha lead o the speculations of Khophela replacing him which will be a good thing for Chiefs as we need a local coach who knows the brand of football we play this will bring back the glory days at chiefs
ReplyDeleteMxo Khomphela would be an exceptional leader at the khosi camp,if the national teams deal doesnt happen. kaizer chiefs must definetely go for him.Tsholofelo you have a point there,VV is not doing justice to the team by putting a player of Nengomash's talent and experience on the bench. personal vandettas should be left out of the locker room and field.
ReplyDeleteA coach is hired to emprove the teams way of playing and help them to win matches but if that is not done accordingly the must be something wrong. VV indeed is in the firing line he need to do better than what is doing currently.
ReplyDeletei strongly do not think it will be wise of the kaizer cheifs boss to fire vladmir,giving the fact that he has made much improvement on the clubever since his arival at the club,so just for that i think he should stay at naturena for two more seasons.
ReplyDeleteClint VV has done enough damage at kaizer chiefs,since his being there the players have being in quarrels with him. and those players are senior players,it is not in the teams benefit for the leader to have grudges with his followers, so two more seasons at kaizer chiefs for VV wil be tragic for kaizer chiefs
